I heart John Hughes

I have always been a fan of John Hughes and his 80's & 90's movies.  He was a very successful director, producer and screenwriter.  If you were ever looking for a movie that you could relate to as a teenager, any of John Hughes movie would work.

Here's a little background of the infamous John Hughes:
- Was born in Lansing Michigan.
- After dropping out of University, he decided to sell his jokes to comedians like Joan Rivers and Rodney Dangerfield.
- His first credited screenplay was Class Reunions
- His next screenplay National Lampoon's Vacation is what put him on the map.
- Directorial debut was for Sixteen Candles

Sadly John Hughes died in August 6, 2009 due to a heart attack.

Here's a list of all my favourite John Hughes movies:

Sixteen Candles (1984)
The Breakfast Club (1985)
Weird Science ( 1985)
Pretty in Pink (1986)
Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986)
Some Kind of Wonderful (1987)
After watching Pretty in Pink the other day, I am itching to have myself a John Hughes marathon.  I always wonder what most of his characters look like today.  So here's some pictures of before and after:
